Smith & Wollensky

New York institution since 1977, Smith & Wollensky struts on the Las Vegas Strip for the second time this spring. The two-story, 14,000 square feet Smith & Wollensky Las Vegas is planned to open a few steps from the interior canal in the Grand Canal Shops To The Venetian Resort Las Vegas in April.

The five AAA diamonds Bellagio Las Vegas hosted a SoHo favorite this month. Sadelle’s opened last week in a prime location next to the Bellagio Conservatory, which recently launched its Chinese New Year display. Chief Marc Vétri opened its Philadelphia-based facility Vetri Cucina slightly off the Strip at Palms Casino Resort on Nov. 19, 2018. Part of the $ 690 million renovations to the entire property, the rustic Italian restaurant offers wonderful views of the Strip and valley from the top of the Ivory tower.

Vetri presents regional offerings of antipasti, pasta, meat, fish and dolci.

Italian establishment Cipriani opened its first location on the west coast at Wynn Square on November 9, 2018. The sophisticated restaurant dates back four generations of family to 1931 when Giuseppe Cipriani Sr. opened its picturesque Harry’s bar in Venice, Italy. Guests of Cipriani in Las Vegas can order the original Bellini, invented at Harry’s Bar.

NoMad Restaurant
