The sparkling festival starts on Friday
ThinkFoodGroup’s annual Sparkling Festival will take place Friday through December 12 at the China Poblano and Jaleo at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. China Poblano’s star cocktail will be Winter’s Blush, $ 17 (Hendricks gin, lychee, rose, lemon and Poema cava). There will also be a sparkling flight, $ 22; a trio of sparkling take-out bottles, $ 150; and a paired bite of six siu mai trout roe, $ 18. Wine and truffle dinner at Brezza
Wines from Pio Cesare vineyards in Alba, Italy, and white truffles from Alba will come together for a 7 p.m. dinner on December 2 at Brezza at Resorts World. Holiday fare on Water Street
